The New Amber

What’s the latest gemstone making headlines?  Honey!  It’s The New Amber™, jewelry that features honey as the gemstone.  Friends of Honeybees is launching a trademarked line of custom designed jewelry that features pure honey as its precious material.

The signature piece in The New Amber Collection is the evocative, story-telling necklace called The Life’s Work Amulet.   The amulet, encased in an embossed sterling frame with a tiny dancing bee attendant, shows a glowing droplet of pure honey, that symbolizes the one-twelfth of a teaspoon lifetime production of a single bee.
